There are several items to consider before applying for your GAWP Maintenance Certification license. Here are the important points when applying for your license:

1. Have all of your documents saved and ready for upload before you begin this process. This includes you exam score report and your required training certificate ready for upload.
2. If you are an existing member or would like to become a member at the same time of application, you will need to use a different custom link to complete your application process. This application will combine your MT license with your GAWP membership.
3. Applying for higher levels of certification also require use of a custom form since you will already have an existing profile.
4. Reinstatement of a license requires payment of a fee and providing required documents depending on your unique situation.

For New Maintenance Technologists applying for their Class 3 license

Once a passing score on the certification exam has been achieved, the applicant can apply for a license online. The applicant must fill out the application and provide required documentation. Please note that your application may take up to 2–3 weeks to process. There is a $25 fee that we recommend you pay by credit card to not delay your application.
