Sessions cover topics such as Water, Wastewater, Safety, Maintenance, Customer Service, Backflow Prevention, Ground Water Issues, Public Education, Laboratory Issues, Distribution, Residuals Recycling and much more.
GAWP’s Industrial Symposium is geared towards Industrial users and Pollution Control Issues. Technical session address topics such as Wastewater, Hazardous Materials, Air Quality, Remediation Technology, Water Quality Issues, Pretreatment, Solid Waste Issues and much more.

Annual Conference & Expo
2025 July 13th - 16th in Savannah, GA
The Annual Conference & Expo is targeted towards everyone in and around the State of Georgia involved in water and/or wastewater which includes, but is not limited to, Utility Directors, Operators, City/State/County Government Officials, Manufacturers Representatives, Consultants and Engineers.
Approximate Attendees: 1,900 - 2,100
Approximate Exhibits: 300 - 315
The following is included with each Exhibitor or Attendee registration:
Full Conference price includes Sunday Evening’s event, technical sessions, exhibit hall access, daily breakfast, Monday’s Opening Session lunch and Tuesday’s awards lunch.
Daily Conference price includes: Breakfast (Monday-Wednesday), Lunch (Monday and Tuesday Only), technical sessions and exhibit hall access.

What's Included with the Cost of a Booth?
1. 10' x 10' Exhibit Space
2. Table, draping, 2 chairs, waste basket
3. Two (2) Full Conference Registrations (Exhibitor #1 and Exhibitor #2) - complete access to the Conference Technical Sessions, Luncheons, and Special Functions
Where can I find a map of the hall?
A preliminary map of the hall may be viewed during the exhibit booth registration process. The finalized map of the hall will be emailed out to all registered exhibitors prior to the conference.
Additional Orders
Electricity, Carpet*, Shipping, Cleaning, Assistance with Booth set-up and tear-down are additional orders for your booth. Forms for additional orders are emailed to registered exhibitors. Electricity is ordered through the event facility, all other orders are through Freeman Decorating.
*The exhibit hall at the Athens Classic Center is carpeted so carpet orders are not necessary at that facility.
Set-up and Tear-down hours are listed in the event description for each Conference.
Early Breakdown Penalty
If exhibit materials are broken down before the designated time, the exhibiting company will be charged a $500 contract penalty. If this penalty invoice is not paid and remains outstanding, the exhibiting company will not be allowed to exhibit at future GAWP events until the penalty invoice is paid in full. Set-up and Tear-down hours are listed in the event description for each Conference. This policy was created to protect our exhibitors and attendees, and GAWP hopes to never impose the fee.
