The following is included with each Exhibitor or Attendee registration:
Full Conference price includes Sunday Evening’s BBQ, technical sessions, exhibit hall access, daily breakfast, Monday’s Opening Session Lunch & Tuesday’s awards lunch.
Daily Conference price includes that day’s breakfast (lunch Monday and Tuesday Only), technical sessions and exhibit hall access.
*12 Water/Wastewater Operator Re-certification points will be awarded for full conference attendance (Monday - Wednesday).
Online Registration - If you are an Individual member of GAWP, please be sure to SIGN IN to obtain the reduced member rate when registering online. If you are employed by a Corporate or Utility member of GAWP, you are not required to sign in to obtain the reduced rate, but must use the promo code that's been assigned to your employer. If you're both an Individual member and employed by a Corporate or Utility member, please do not sign in AND use the promo code - you only need to do one of them.

BBQ Team Cook-Off
The Water for People Committee announces a Barbeque Cook-Off Competition at the GAWP Conference in Savannah, Georgia, Savannah International Trade & Convention Center on Sunday, July 14, 2019. This event will benefit the Water for People Program. Water for People helps build a world where all people have access to safe drinking water and sanitation, and where no one suffers or dies from a water or sanitation related disease. We would like to extend this special invitation to all of our outdoor cooks. If you’re proud of your meat cooking skills, come and prove it by entering the competition. Put your fellow contenders to shame, subject them to utter humiliation and cover yourself and fellow team members in glory. Price per team is $725. Each entry fee includes team registration, tent and ground covering. Click here for registration information
For conference attendees, full conference registration includes one ticket to Sunday's BBQ dinner, with the option to purchase additional tickets. Tickets are required to attend the BBQ dinner.
Only employees of GAWP Corporate & Utility Members will be permitted to request invoicing. Online Registrations must be completed on or before June 15, 2019 to receive the Early-bird rate. After June 15, 2019, the standard rates will apply. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing via fax or by email sent to GAWP. Phone cancellations are NOT accepted. After June 15, 2019, registrants are no longer eligible for refunds; however, substitutions are welcome. No refunds for those who register and fail to attend.
