1. Online Registration  - If you are an Individual member of GAWP, please be sure to SIGN INto obtain the reduced member rate when registering online.  If you are employed by a Corporate or Utility member of GAWP, you are not required to sign in to obtain the reduced rate, but must use the promo code that's been assigned to your employer.  If you're both an Individual member and employed by a Corporate or Utility member, please do not sign in AND use the promo code - you only need to do one or the other.

Cancellation Policy/Substitutions
Only employees of GAWP Corporate & Utility Members will be permitted to request invoicing. Registrations must be postmarked or faxed to GAWP on or before October 19, 2018 to receive the Early Bird rate. After 10/19/18 the standard rates will apply. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing via fax or by email sent to Member Services at GAWP. Phone cancellations are NOT accepted. After 10/19/18 registrants are no longer eligible for refunds, however, substitutions are welcome. If you would like to submit a substitution, please click here. No refunds for those who register and fail to attend.
