* Exhibit Space Registration includes:

One (1) 10 x 10 ft. Booth Space with draping, One (1) 6 x 2 ft table, two (2) chairs

Primary and Secondary Exhibitor Registrations for Full Conference

(Electrical Service, Carpet, Shipping, Booth Cleaning, etc is additional. These items ARE NOT included with your booth and must be arranged directly with the exhibit contractorAfter your contract is received by GAWP, you will receive an Exhibitor's Kit from the Exhibit contractor via email). 

* Exhibit/Program Hours (see the current program for exact Exhibit Hall Hours):

Tuesday, April 23 from 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, April 24 from 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.


* Limit 1 Primary Exhibitor and 1 Secondary Exhibitor per Booth Space. Any additional booth personnel will need to register as an attendee. Click here for attendee registration and pricing.


* Set-up: Monday, April 22nd from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Set-up must be completed at this time.

* Tear-down: Wednesday, April 24th starting at 11:30 AM

Cancellation Policy/Substitutions

Only employees of GAWP Corporate & Utility Members will be permitted to request invoicing. Contracts must be postmarked or faxed to GAWP on or before March 22, 2019 to receive the Early Bird rate. After March 22, 2019, the standard rates will apply. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing on company letterhead via fax (770-618-8695) or by email ( cancellations are NOT accepted. After March 22, 2019, contracts are no longer eligible for refunds. If you would like to submit a substitution for your primary or secondary exhibitor, please email Member ServicesNo refunds for those who register and fail to attend
