GAWP's Job Bank is a service to our profession to assist both utilities and companies in need of employees, and professionals in the water industry who are seeking employment opportunities. It is the policy of the Georgia Association of Water Professionals to publish advertisements
for specific job openings in the water industry or related fields; we will not publish general solicitations.

The cost of an ad is $50.00 per month per position advertised, which includes placement here on GAWP's web site as well. Advertisements which include multiple job descriptions will be considered to be multiple advertisements, and the corresponding fees will apply to each position.

NC AWWA-WEA Executive Director - The NC AWWA-WEA is searching for an Executive Director to support administrative and operational activities and programs to fulfill the Association's mission. As a joint association of approximately 3500 members, NC AWWA-WEA has roughly 45 committees composed of volunteers. The Association has grown into a fiscally sound $1 million per year organization providing training, public education and outreach opportunities for members and non-members. The Executive Director leads a paid staff of full-time and part-time employees to successfully communicate with, and provide a variety of services to the Board of Trustees and the membership. In addition, the Executive Director is the visible face of the Association to many within and outside of the organization. The ability to promote the value of our industry, the knowledge and dedication of our members, and to plan for future demands will require considerable effort on the part of the Executive Director. The successful candidate will be adept in communications using a range of methods and technologies. The candidate must be motivated to excellence, a self-starter, and flexible in order to adapt to new challenges posed by our growing Association. Water Resources Engineer - Clayton County Water Authority - The Water Resources Engineer reviews and approves preliminary plats and final plats, stormwater pond as-built certificates and stormwater management plans and reports for new development and redevelopment project.
