c. Publication Sub-Committee Chair: Works with Angela Bond (GAWP) to ensure committee meets deadlines for GA Operator articles and provides content for all GAWP electronic communications including job postings.– Lindsey Sargent, Tara Brown
Spring article will be a summary of the Student Outreach Summit by Kim and Lindsey.

e. Member Sub-Committee Chair: Oversees booth set-up at conferences and works with committee to come up with creative ideas for giveaways and activities for booths – Sarah Skinner

$ 2,000 - GAWP Giveaways for middle school, high school and college outreach events as well as GAWP Conferences

Goal #1: Establish social media accounts.
1. Twitter: Create a Twitter account. Follow all major Water Industry players. #MondayMotivation #ThrowbackThursday #FeaturedJobFriday @H2OpportunityGA
2. LinkedIn: Use GAWP’s dormant page and link directly to the GAWP Career Center. Work with Angela Bond to highlight newly posted jobs every Monday and share an interesting water article every Friday.
Goal #2: Create a database of statewide contacts that we can utilize to promote H2Opportunities and form partner programs to connect with potential water industry young professionals.
Goal #3: Create online calendar on the H2Opportunities website to promote outreach events and source volunteers. Each committee will provide their GAWP liaison with outreach events who will then post the events to the Student Outreach group page
g. Internship/ Job Sub-Committee Chair: Formulate and manage a sustainable program which connects interested potential water professionals to opportunities. (Model after Sustainable Connections at Metro Water District) – Lora Amedu and Kim Holland
o Create database of local water internships for placement on website.
o Discover best practices to share industrywide.
h. Innovation Task Force: Find out what’s next in the industry. Research and vet new ideas, technologies and innovations which can be featured in H2Opportunity tracks at conferences and articles in the Georgia Operator. – Christine Yi
i. H2Opportunity Logo and Website: Launch Date – 2018 GAWP Annual Conference – Kim Holland (Champion) Christine Yi , Lora Amedu, Laurie Loftin, Christine Rubel, Jonathan Yaeger
· The GAWP website is for us, H2Opportunity’s website is for everyone else.
