Water For People BBQ Competition - Sunday, July 16, 2017
1 BBQ Ticket is included with Primary and Secondary Exhibitor registrations.

BBQ Team Cook-Off
The Water for People Committee announces a Barbeque Cook-Off Competition at the GAWP Conference in Savannah, Georgia, Savannah International Trade & Convention Center on Sunday, July 10, 2016. We would like to extend this special invitation to all of our outdoor cooks. If you’re proud of your meat cooking skills, come and prove it by entering the competition. Put your fellow contenders to shame, subject them to utter humiliation and cover yourself and fellow team members in glory. Price per team is $725. This year each entry fee includes team registration, tent and ground covering. Register now!

* Exhibit Space Registration includes:
One (1) 10 x 10 ft. Booth Space with draping, One (1) 6 x 2 ft table, two (2) chairs
Primary and Secondary Exhibitor Registrations for Full Conference
(Electrical Service, Carpet, Shipping, Booth Cleaning, etc is additional.)
* Limit 1 Primary Exhibitor and 1 Secondary Exhibitor per Booth Space. Any additional booth personnel will need to register as an attendee. Click here for attendee registration and pricing.
* Set-up: Saturday, July 15 from 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, July 16 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Set-up must be completed at this time.
* Tear-down: Tuesday, July 18 starting at 5:00 p.m.

Only employees of GAWP Corporate & Utility Members will be permitted to request invoicing. Contracts must be postmarked or faxed to GAWP on or before June 16, 2017 to receive the Pre-Registration rate. After 6/16/17 the standard rates will apply. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing on company letterhead via fax or by email sent to GAWP. Phone cancellations are NOT accepted. After 6/16/17 contracts are no longer eligible for refunds. If you would like to submit a substitution for your primary or secondary exhibitor, please click here.
