October 14th is the deadline for the Early Bird Discount and the onsite Program Exhibitor ListingExhibit registrations received after the deadline will not be included in the onsite program.

* Exhibit Space Registration includes:

One (1) 10 x 10 ft. Booth Space with draping, One (1) 6 x 2 ft table, two (2) chairs

Primary and Secondary Exhibitor Registrations for Full Conference

(Electrical Service, Carpet, Shipping, Booth Cleaning, etc is additional.)


* Limit 1 Primary Exhibitor and 1 Secondary Exhibitor per Booth Space. Any additional booth personnel will need to register as an attendee. Click here for attendee registration and pricing.


* Set-up: Monday, November 14 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Set-up must be completed at this time.

* Tear-down: Wednesday, November 16 starting at 11:30 AM

Cancellation Policy/Substitutions

Only employees of GAWP Corporate & Utility Members will be permitted to request invoicing. Contracts must be postmarked or faxed to GAWP on or before October 14, 2016 to receive the Early Bird rate. After 10/28/16 the standard rates will apply. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing on company letterhead via fax or by email sent to GAWP. Phone cancellations are NOT accepted. After 10/28/16 contracts are no longer eligible for refunds. If you would like to submit a substitution for your primary or secondary exhibitor, please email Lyssa Nunn. No refunds for those who register and fail to attend.
