You will still be able to set-up your booth on Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.

* Set-up: Monday, December 7 from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM & Tuesday, December 8 from 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM
Set-up must be completed at this time.

* Tear-down: Wednesday, December 9 starting at 3:30 PM

Exhibit registrations received after the deadline will not be included in the onsite program.

*12 Operator Re-certification points for Water will be awarded for the full conference (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Frequently Asked Questions about Exhibit Registration

* Exhibit Space Registration includes:

One (1) 10 x 10 ft. Booth Space with draping, One (1) 6 x 2 ft table, two (2) chairs

Primary Exhibitor Registration for Full Conference

(Electrical Service, Carpet, Shipping, Booth Cleaning, etc is additional.)

  

* Limit 1 Primary Exhibitor per Booth Space

 

* Extra Exhibitor Registration is an Exhibit Hall Pass only.

Event & Lunch tickets are NOT included in Extra Exhibitor Registrations

Speakers for the conference must be registered as a Primary Exhibitor or as an Attendee.

Tuesday, December 8 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. exhibit hall reception from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday, December 9 from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
