g.      Internship/ Job Sub-Committee Chair: Formulate and manage a sustainable program which connects interested potential water professionals to opportunities. (Model after Sustainable Connections at Metro Water District) – Lora Amedu and Kim Holland

o   Create database of all local water industry internships for placement on website.

o   Discover best practices to share industrywide.

·        Report on ARC Internship Program review for best practices.

·        Lessons learned from Internship Program at Augusta Utilities – Leadra Collins

h.      Innovation Task Force: Find out what’s next in the industry. Research and vet new ideas, technologies and innovations which can be featured in H2Opportunity tracks at conferences and articles in the Georgia Operator. – Christine Yi

Potential: Emory Water Hub, Biomass research at Georgia Tech
